FIRST YOU MUST GET ON OUR BUILD LIST. ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR DEPOSIT WE WILL HOLD YOUR SPACE IN LINE FOR UP TO 90 DAYS.
OUR PROCESS
STEP 1:
Part 1 of your Tiny Home journey will be our 3D DESIGN PROGRAM. We use 3D Design Software to create a digital rendering of the home we are going to build with you.
We do the entire 3D Design process over the phone and computer. We offer the 3D Design work as a package.
Paying for your 3D Design ALSO Holds your spot on our "Build List". We only take a limited amount of home orders each quarter. Many builders just "want your business" and will say Yes to practically any build. WE DO NOT DO THIS. Its incredibly important to us that our customers receive a quality CUSTOM Product, and that they receive them within the designated Timeline we create during the design process.

If you already have plans made for your home, or would like to CUSTOMIZE a home you have already seen. You will still have to go through our 3D Design, so we can adapt your plans for our construction team.

STEP 2:
*PUTTING TOGETHER YOUR SITE PLAN is the next essential step in our Tiny Home Buyers Process.

We will have one of our surveyors come out to your property and make an assessment of your Tiny Home property.
We will then go over the necessary requirements that your property will need in order for your Tiny Home to function properly.
STEP 3:
Ok, your 3D DESIGN PROGRAM is finished and you are ready to move into your new Tiny Home ASAP!

After your 3D DESIGN PROGRAM is finished, we will create a Timeline and put together the PURCHASE AGREEMENT for your new Tiny Home. You will then place your deposit and we will begin to build your home!
